I was skeptical but with a few online reviews, had made me purchase the charging dock. I do have to say, it is better thsn expected. It does have led lights to notify you if the dock is charging a control, and off if it is not charging. It does fit onto and sits the controller very well.

This works very well charging my PS5 controllers. It’s easy to use and looks great! It matches the PS5 esthetic. The colored LED let’s you know when the controllers are charging. It also frees up a USB A port in the back.
