On the second time I used this bag, the zipper busted out. Very disappointed! Cannot get anybody from Amazon or Nicole Miller luggage to contact me. I paid way too much money to have one of the suitcases Completely useless now.

Greater than one weekPurchased this luggage for my daughter for a trip. 1st use and the luggage ripped apart. Not just one piece but each piece. It was attractive looking but it certainly would not be luggage Id recommend or repurchase.

Greater than one weekIm very concerned.. This was a gift and upon the first use the zipper on the collapsible carry on broke. The zipper came completely off its track and will require repair, it there a way to have this piece replaced??
