I just received my new Nicole Miller luggage in gray and am very pleased with how it looks! It rolls very smoothly and the hardware seems pretty nice. Haven’t had a chance to use it yet so I hope it will hold up well with all my travels. Shari in San Jose, CA

The height adjustment button is super sensitive so the handle doesn’t stay locked at a height well. Other than that did my family of 4 trip from AZ to DC and back very well!

It was exactly as described. I love it and don’t regret it!

Overall quality is good but the largest of the three arrived busted.

Love this set! I think the color looks different than pictured (not as dark) but I still like it. Very well made and rolls easily. My only complaint is that the pieces do not fit together easily for storage- difficult to pull the cases out of the larger case.

Im very concerned.. This was a gift and upon the first use the zipper on the collapsible carry on broke. The zipper came completely off its track and will require repair, it there a way to have this piece replaced??

Ive used 3 of the 4 pieces. I must say the pieces were definitely lightweight, although I packed them to the max. The ability to stack one of the bags on top of the other made the maneuverability much easier.
