> 3 dayIve had this product for a few months now, when I first got it I was having trouble getting it to connect to my phone. Ive contacted the manufacture multiple times with no response, and no option to return through Amazon. Ive been trying for MONTHS to get it to work, and it still wont. So, it sucks to be out the money.

> 3 dayOnce I figured out how to do it the labels were good BUT the instructions on how to load the label maker were between non-existent and hard to find. The enclosed instruction sheet was just confusing on how to insert and align the first tape. There is a tape already in the printer but mine was backwards. Nothing on the tape to show the feed direction, I had to search YouTube for a demo. Even then its not obvious since the Niimbot video person has her fingers over the tape as it goes in and she talks way too fast. I ran the video at 50% speed for the first clear hint. Now its easy and makes nice labels, if a bit pricey.

> 3 dayAfter a few weeks of using it, it suddenly just stopped working. The labels come out blurry. Also, I didn’t like how it kept making a loud chime every time I turn it on and off. Update: Support helped me out very much with my problems. I highly recommend them.

Greater than one weekI was excited to use this mini label printer as soon as I received it. I use it to label kitchen items, drawers, etc. I did wish that the app was better- in terms of functionality and optimization. It seems to work really slow and doesnt connect consistently with the printer.

So handy and so easy to use!! I had several journals that needed labels on the spine, when this arrived thats exactly how I tested this handy tool. Really happy with how simple it is to use! Took less than 10 minutes to be up and printing! I can see so many uses, labels for containers, labeling family travel tumblers, file labels, names on gift tags, ID labels for books, school materials, name tags- the list goes on! My only complaint- I went to their website here on Amazon to order some additional labels and all the ones I wanted were not currently available- so I will have to have patience and check back frequently. I am sure this little machine will be put to great use -over and over again!

> 3 daySuper easy to use, I downloaded the app and made labels right away. I used them to put plant names on my nursery pots. You can change the text size to be able to fit more or less words. I do wish it came with an additional roll of labels, but I just don’t like not having backup.

It printed out smoothly, and has lots of options for things you can print. It is a little annoying that pushing the button on the labeler will print what ever was printed prior, so I accidentally end up with several double prints.
