> 24 hourWhen I first opened the box containing these casters, I inspected them closely looking for defects. I’ve used too many crappy casters over the years - don’t waste my time. These casters looked to be of good, solid construction - bomber casters. I decided to mount them onto my workbench. I rolled the workbench out onto my garage floor to test the functionality of the casters and I swear I heard the casters say to the workbench: You Ready? Suddenly, I had a Dance Partner. When I wanted to twirl the workbench, ishe twirled effortlessly. When I wanted to go side to side or back and forth, and when she braked - she held. She was braked. I decided to load 250 pounds on the workbench. Let’s see her dance now. She still moved smoothly and effortlessly - just a little slower. And her brakes held. I had also added leveling adjustors because my garage floor is totally uneven in spots. In the picture where one can see a hex wrench in one of the levels - it’s because that caster is off the floor, not touching the floor, while the other three casters are solidly on the floor. 5 - Stars for these casters. I think you’ll love them. And finally: Bomber Casters - Verified

> 24 hourThese caster will be used for a Moble Terrarium. The wheels are a medium softness rubber, I don’t think I would recommend them for a rough floor, but for in the home they’re ideal. The mounting plate has six holes available, with corner holes elongated. The casters have no smell to them (some have a strong odor at first), and the break engages securely and firmly. I’m unable to turn the wheels by hand with the brake engaged. I recommend them, and will look for them again.

> 24 hourThese are top notch heavy duty casters. They came fitted nicely into a cardboard box with room to rattle around. I can tell by the weight these arent the typical cheap casters from the big box stores. They are definitely heavy duty. All four have breaks, and I like how the brake works. Ready to put them on a small portable TIG welding table. These should handle it no problem.

> 24 hourI ordered these castors for the planned island in our kitchen renovation. I had planned to build the mobile island first, instead it ended up being the last cabinet in the kitchen. I ordered these castors for two reasons: 1) they are 4 1/8 tall, meaning I only needed a 3/8 spacer to raise the cabinet to the level of the rest of the kitchen cabinets. 2) They are rated for a total of 1,000 pounds. As I was using a 36 x 24 cabinet plus doors, shelves, cover panels, ultimately a marble countertop and who knows what inside, I want plenty of weight capacity. Well the island is complete with a temporary laminate countertop and filled with a range of goods, plasticware through some bakeware so the total weight is likely around 300 pounds. As you might expect it rolls really easily and smoothly on these castors. I am not going to claim that I can push the island with one finger, however I can easily move it using both index fingers! On the subject of moving, the wheel brakes are easy to set and release and do a good job of holding the island in place. I am very happy with how rigid these castors are, there is no wobble in the stem. The mounting plate is as thick and rigid as is claimed in the product details. They feel really solid and roll super easily. They are only a few months old, so I cannot comment on longevity, however the build quality gives me hope for many years of service.

> 24 hourI was impressed with the quality of the wheels and bearings in this set for the price. They spin exceptionally smoothly. The rubber of the wheels is comparable to more expensive casters. The build and durability appear to be appropriate to the size of the wheels, so I expect they will hold up for the long term. The brakes are effective if applied fully and truly stop all wheel rotation. Its important to note that the brake on the swivel casters only immobilizes the wheel rotation, and NOT the rotation of the swivel. I didnt expect that based on the description, and didnt need that, but depending on your usage, that might be an important consideration. I used these to make a furniture dolly. Its not common to get screws with this type of caster when bought individually in big box stores, but its worth noting that these likewise come without mounting screws.

> 24 hourThis is a set of 4 swiveling, locking casters. The rubber is non-marring and the lock is a simple toe press. They are quite heavy duty and will hold a lot of weight.

> 24 hourThese 3 1/2” casters replace some 2” ones, (haha I didn’t do it), that were broken to pieces by the moving company. I added a 1x8 to the underside of each end of the cabinet, behind the trim, and secured these new casters to those boards. The 3 1/2” caster height allows my cabinet to clear the floor by only 7/8”, close to perfect sitting on carpet! They roll nicely and support the combined weight of my sideboard, hutch and serving pieces.
