Nintendo Switch - Animal Crossing: New Horizons Edition - Switch

This console is beautiful! Im not a huge Animal Crossing fan but the new game did catch my eye even more when this Switch was announced. The pastel colors really work on the Switch, along with the design on the back. What really tempted me to buy this specific one was that it is the second version of the Switch. Which of course includes better battery life. Im sure youve heard this all before, so I wont go any longer. Its a very pretty console and if you have your chance to get your hands on it for the normal market price. Id suggest that you go for it!

Very disappointed, one hour and 30 mins after Xmas night playing, the switch doesn’t turn on. It is frozen on the Nintendo logo, I already performed several times reboot options, tried many many instructions videos, and still doesn’t turn on. My 4 years old son thinks he broke his Xmas gift. This is unacceptable.

The only way Nintendo will hear is is through reviews. Limit purchases 1-2 per household. These people buying up special editions and reselling for double the price HAS to stop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Let them sit on the consoles for as long as they possibly can. Nintendo make thousands more please - I beg you. Makes the people lose on their “investment” for once.

Nice for kids

Product looks as displayed. Very nice visually but my issue comes with the right joy controller. It’s loose and never locks in place like the other causing it to always fall off. Outside of that great device.

I love my animal crossing themed switch. It’s super cute and you get special gift on your island in animal crossing when you use it. I wish the system actually came with the game but it doesn’t. I’m still happy I bought it.

For anyone that is seeking to to purchase this console but are having trouble due to stores such as Target, Best Buy, Gamestop, etc. stating that they are sold out online I would recommend actually going to the store or calling if there are any on stock. Nintendos website for the switch can help you with that. On release day I was actually considering giving into these dick munching scalpers, but I decided to hold off and wait til the 20th for the bundle that included the game. However, later that night I went to a Target that stated that they were out of stock and actually found a few boxes. Immediately made the purchase and went home happy as can be. This may not work for everybody, but its better than giving up an extra $150 for a switch that functions the same as an original switch. It just looks dope as hell.

no one would ever buy this. just quit while youre ahead and dont pay $500 dollars for something thats $200

Great console but not worth it for the $300+ price increase

I had been putting off buying this for months, but now I regret not buying it sooner. It was definitely worth the cost.
