We will be using it as a platform for his bowl, though I am disappointed that the ladder does not fit onto the edge. I would have figured it did. So in that I am disappointed. HOWEVER, I am thrilled that they are making stuff for dwarfs. It is not pine, and that is GLORIOUS!

Big fan of niteangel products. The stand is a great size and looks as pictured but the legs will not stay. I had to tape them in order for the whole thing to not fall apart. I would still buy this product just be aware that you will need tape.

It fits the large Niteangel wheel perfectly and stops my hamster from burying it in bedding. My only complaint is the sturdiness. By itself, it is not very study because the legs do not like to stay on it and fall off easy even when using the tape they provide. However, with some glue to keep the legs in place, its perfect. With a little glue to make it more sturdy, I 100% recommend.

When mine arrived 3 of the tendons in the box were perfectly fit into the holes and the 4th was loose in the box. I tried to fix it and put the last tendon in the hole but it was impossible, it doesnt fit properly and will disappear into the stilt once you put that on. For the prices Niteangel charges youd think theyd manage better quality control, Im very disappointed.

This is perfect fit for the large size wheel the only small complaints I have are one of the stilts/legs won’t stay on tight and when I tried using the tape they included it made the legs uneven. Also my hamster had trouble getting up in the wheel because it’s flush with the stand so you need a ladder or bridge of some sort or have to completely bury it with bedding so she can access it easier. That being said all Niteangel products are quality but sometimes functionality is lacking depending on your hamster’s needs!

So I gave this product 4 stars because its very nice and it does the job, however the pegs dont fit perfectly in place. Its NOT so much a problem that I sent in back and Im still happy with the purchase.

I am a big fan of Niteangel products and have many in my hamsters enclosure. I was very disappointed when the platform arrived with a big crack down the center. It was beyond repair and I had to return it.

I absolutely recommend this if you have the silence spinner wheels from niteangel. I dont have to worry about the wheel Going into the bedding, or trying to find a spot to put the wheel. Over all its definitely recommended

Hamsters need room to explore, and most habitats are TOO SMALL if you’re just considering the square inches of the bottom area (even the large traditional cages), so it’s important to build up, up, up, and have as many levels as possible, and ideally some/many of these levels should be underground for tunneling/burrowing. This platform allows room below it for bedding/tunneling/tubing and my dwarf hamster loves all of the additional area to move and explore, while also having access to his wheel on top of it.
