This hide is great for dwarf hamsters & robos. Its only 6 & 1/2 inches wide & 6 & 1/2 inches tall & 4 inches from front to back,so it would be a tight fit for a syrian. I know my past syrian hamsters would have only been able to fit inside but not have much room to do anything. Its perfect for my dwarf hamster & looks really cute in natural setups. This is what it looks like in his 75 gallon tank. I cant wait to purchase more of these hides

NEW UPDATE: I had initially gone through Amazon to get this fixed. I ended up ordering another one with the return I received and it came to me in a hundred broken pieces. I returned that one and was resigned to just not get another replacement. Niteangel reached out after reading my previous review and offered to send a replacement free of charge! When it arrived it was carefully packaged, unlike the previous two times. My little hammy loves this bridge and Im glad I received a replacement. Most of the items I buy for my hamster are by Niteangel just because I trust the brand and everything Ive purchased thus far as been great quality. It seems my previous issue was solely on Amazon for trying to pass off a well used product and not packaging the items with any protection. If youre faced with a similar issue reach out to the seller instead of Amazons customer care. Itll save you the headache. (old: Really frustrated with the product I received. This has obviously been used by another hamster before I received it. Its got chew marks on one side, theres the remains of a herb spray stuck to it and theres paper bedding fluff stuffed in-between the stair dowels. Plus one of the elephants ears is broken off.)

Fits great in cage

I got this for my two gerbils a year ago and they absolutely love it! They chew up anything and everything wood, including the ladder, but this is made of a sturdy material and has lasted longer than any of their other toys. My main concern when I got it was that it would fall on them if a little pressure was applied, but it never has. They use it to get to their top platform and absolutely love it. I would highly suggest to any gerbil parents!

Spazz loves it. Its very roomy and well made. He gets inside & snuggles down in his bedding. Perfect home for a hamster.

If you dont have a huge container full of spare hamster accessories from Niteangel. Well you dont have a hamster then.

It’s a great size for a Syrian hamster. It’s beautiful and functional. I knocked off one star because 4 of the back wooden bars fell out. But it’s an easy fix with the right glue.
