> 24 hourI got this for my 2 male rats cage. I was expecting a hammock that looked like what was in the pic. Nope.. the 1 received, the bottom half hung a lot lower then what pic looked like it would. Which made it too big to use on my boys cage. And was ready to send it back w a bad review. LUCKY.. My daughter has a huge Critter Nation Rat cage. She has about 12+female rats. She removed the smaller 3 section Hammock and put the bigger hammock there. Rats LOVE it. They see how many can pile in both the upper and lower sections of it. So while It is not the Style the pic shows and buyer needs to beware.. it should only receive 1 star in my opinion. Im giving it 3 cause my daughters Rats Love it and it does work for them.

> 24 hourOrdered one, and my babies loved it. Had it roughly a week or so. Ordered a second, and in that time the straps came loose from the corner, so we tied it. No biggie. Second one arrives, now the strap has come completely out of the hammock. Prep a return, they offer to send us a new one to replace it. In the mean time hang the second one. Within less than 24 hours, the BRAND new one has the same deal. Straps fall off the corners. Can’t cancel the one on the way since it’s already shipped. Will be returning all 3 and buying a different kind!

> 24 hourI have 4 ferrets.. 2 big boys and 2 small girls. The small girls fit best, but my big boys like to hang in it with their head out as well! It is cute and cozy for them! Will be buying again when need be :)
