Niteangel Wood House with Window, Chinchilla and Guinea Pigs Hut Hideout

I love that this house has three entrances and it’s a perfect height for my jumpers. Just be careful not to put it too close to your cage’s edge, one of them escaped when I first got it! Because it’s wood, pee gets absorbed easily. I would recommend using some sort of fleece liner/ blanket to protect the inside from getting too soiled. I use a vinegar/ water mixture to disinfect as much as possible and let it air dry between cage cleans. Will be getting another for my boys!

At first, I wasnt sure of this because I could see staples were put in, and I got a bit paranoid about that. But I finally gave it to one of my piggies as he isnt a big chewer. He loves it, and I am very happy with its sturdiness and easy cleaning. I just ordered another one.

This might be the best purchase I’ve made for my guinea pigs! They both fit and they love to chew it. The windows are awesome. Just perfect.

It does have nails, though, so be careful. My chinchilla only nibbles it a bit, but I would be concerned if she were going to town chewing it up.

At first, I loved this product, then I found out that pine is not good for guinea pigs!!! So if you have guinea pigs and want to get this for them—don’t! If you have a small rabbit or ferret or some other bigger rodent, it should be fine and I was happy with it, but this is advertised for guinea pigs and shouldn’t be used on them. After a consult with my vet, I sadly returned this item.

love the size, ample space for adult guinea pigs. Sturdy worth the price well made, Im very pleased

Of course it isnt chew proof, its wood and occupied by animals that like to chew. Roomy little hut big enough to fit two Chinchillas.
