Greater than one weekMy case only had one slot for an 80mm fan in the back and I am not disappointed in this fan it moves a lot of air even using the low noise adapter. It is more on the expensive side for fans buy trust me its worth it.

> 3 dayPurchased two of these fans for use in a Silverstone GD09B HTPC chassis. Was worried that running two 80mm fans in here 1) wouldnt fit, and 2) would be too loud. Am happy to report that these fit side by side easily in the rear exhaust area on the Silverstone case, and that they are not audible using the standard profile from my motherboards pwm header.

> 3 dayI have a 50 watt grow light in my living room and the original fan was too loud. I searched quite fans and found this. I didnt realize how loud the 1st fan was until I got this and could compare thsm. It has 2 speed settings and both of them are ridiculously quiet. Considering how cheap they are you cant go wrong. I dont think its just the rubber mounting attachments that are on the fan, but the fan itself is just really quiet. I am using 2 of them for LEDS and neither one is housed in any enclosure that would dampen the sound. They are both open, visible and super quiet. Highly recommended!

Greater than one weekI recently started hearing a fan whine coming from my cpu cooler fan. Being since its a old Dell xps 8700 with a i7 4790. I didnt want to buy a cpu cooler for it since its never given me a heat issue. I was already planning to clean out the old thermal paste on it and decided to purchase this. I had already swapped out the rear fan about 2 years back with a noctua 92mm fan to help with the noise and improve thermals. Happy to say you dont hear it at all and noticing my cpu idling a little bit cooler with the stock heatsink attached.

Greater than one weekYes, it is a tiny beast. Installed on a side panel directly above my Ryzen 1600 and it dropped 5 degrees while idle and 8 under load using the Wraith Spire. Mostly quiet operation. Construction feels solid.
