> 3 dayEste pequeño ventilador de 8cm es perfecto para esos gabinetes que lo requieren, nunca me habia tocado usar uno siempre los de 12 o 14cm pero esta vez para dos proyecto que usan un chassis mas pequeño me toco buscar este modelo y genial que sea PWM. Como siempre Noctua y sin mas que acotar cumple lo prometido, calidad, bajo ruido y simple de instalar.

> 3 dayThey are OK but when you hook so many fans (4) to the mother board (with 750 watt power supply) some of the fans are struggling for power. Had to cut off off plugs and reattach power supply connections and then they work fine.

The NF-A8 is a highly optimised, premium quality quiet 80mm fan. Featuring Noctua’s AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimisation) frame as well as sophisticated aerodynamic design measures such as Flow Acceleration Channels, the NF-A8 further improves the renowned quiet cooling performance of the award-winning NF-R8. The PWM version sports Noctua’s custom designed NE-FD1 IC for fully automatic speed control via 4-pin fan headers and comes with a Low-Noise-Adaptor to reduce the maximum speed during PWM control from 2200 to 1750rpm. AAO frame

Inner Surface Microstructures
With the tips of the fan blades ploughing through the boundary layer created by the Inner Surface Microstructures, flow separation from the suction side of the blades is significantly suppressed, which results in reduced blade passing noise and improved airflow and pressure efficiency.
