> 3 dayEssential component to a recent ITX build of mine (Fractal Ridge). You get what you pay for with Noctua - in this case, that means okay/good CFM at lower speeds while also yielding extremely quiet noise levels.

Greater than one weekVery low noise fans. The quiet adapter it comes with is really good. I have 5 nested 4 pin PWM fans plugged into the little low noise adapter cable. now all fans are running at 600~ rpm (what i needed). Now I can sleep at night without turning off my server. (This could have been done through BIOS or a fan controller. But, it is still very neat.)

> 3 dayThese are the best fans in the world for a reason... and even though they are the most hideous PC parts that Ive ever seen, I dont think that Ill ever go back.

> 3 dayI recently started hearing a fan whine coming from my cpu cooler fan. Being since its a old Dell xps 8700 with a i7 4790. I didnt want to buy a cpu cooler for it since its never given me a heat issue. I was already planning to clean out the old thermal paste on it and decided to purchase this. I had already swapped out the rear fan about 2 years back with a noctua 92mm fan to help with the noise and improve thermals. Happy to say you dont hear it at all and noticing my cpu idling a little bit cooler with the stock heatsink attached.
