Noctua NF-F12 PWM, Premium Quiet Fan, 4-Pin (120mm, Brown)

As always Noctua fans are the best fans Ive used, and Ive had a large number of fans including NoiseBlocker and Corsairs higher end units (along with many others that dont even come close to Noctua). But the Noctua ones always win me out, with amazing reliability and great looks (you might not like the brown, but you can get the Chromax editions for colors), and super silent operation.

Great fan, Very smooth, Very quiet.

Habe mir so ein Lüfter bestellt um mein CPU Kühler leiser zu machen. Musste aber nach dem Einbau feststellen das er lauter als alle meinen ändern Lüfter ist. ( billige Casefans und Arctic Lüfter ). Okay dachte ich, dann bringst halt der Luftdruck. Denkst. Kein Grad besser als der OEM Lüfter des Kühlers dafür gefühlt 3x mal so Laut. Wenn man in Zimmer Sitz denkt man draußen fliegt ein Heli solche lauten Luftverwirbelung hat er. Ich weiß nicht ob meiner defekt war, aber 20€ ist er nicht wert. Dann nehm ich lieber Arctic und Co. Die sind günstiger. Wobei ich sagen muss, ich habe ein Redux Noctua als Casefan und den hört man auf 100%/1200rpm wirklich nicht. Aber dieser hier ist nichts für mich.

Ill start off with saying my system is completely watercooled and I wanted to achieve perfect silence (I have very sensitive ears so coil whine etc causes me to have extreme ear aches). In my system I have 120 rad a 360 rad and a 240 rad cooling two 980tis , cpu , mobo , and ram. I had corsair sp120s and they were loud at low Rpms to me. So sent them back. Grabbed these. Best decision Ive ever made. These things are quiet as can be and push a ton of air even at low rpm. I dont even turn them past 40% and they move enough air to keep everything at super low temps (cpu 100% load @ 45c tops and gpus at 30c tops.). These things are great. They also come with several accessories which is great. You may not dig the color but give them time I promise they will grow on you. I give these a 10/10 and will definitely only be purchasing radiator fans from noctua from here on out !

Da meine Rechner immer sehr laut waren oder mit der Zeit sehr laut geworden sind habe Ich auf Empfehlung eines Freundes beim Umbau meines Rechners in ein paar Noctua Lüfter investiert. Das Design der Lüfter ist Geschmackssache, in einem Gehäuse aber auch erstmal zweitrangig. Der Lieferumfang entspricht dem eines Premiumgerätes. Bolzen zum entkoppeln, Schrauben und verschiedene Kabel liegen in der edel gehaltenen Verpackung bei. Man kann von diesen Lüftern keine Wunder erwarten aber im Vergleich zu billigen Lüftern sind sie doch um Klassen leiser. Ich arbeite nun seit einem halben Jahr mit den Lüftern und empfinde die Lautstärke als deutlich angenehmer gegenüber den billigen Standardlüftern.

Sehr leise und gut als Alternative für Radiatoren geeignet

I was having overheating problems - my last 2 PCs died through overheating - and the case fan I had fitted back in September of last year (less than 6 months ago) was not working. If I opened up the case and flicked the blades, it would start running, but it would not start by itself no matter how hot. Actually, the only connect I have on the motherboard is not switchable, so it should run all the time.

Keeps it cool, quiet and has an improvement of 15c on prime95. Could not be happier. I have it in a push pull configuration w/ a noctua cooler w/ a matching fan.

Cè poco da dire, a mio parere le ventole noctua, sono in generale per qualità prezzo le ventole migliori sul mercato, questa in particolare poi è estremamente silenziosa.

I ended up returning this fan. And it’s too bad, noctua really makes you feel like your getting a quality product. I have a lot of their other products. I had a dell precision T1700 in a custom case and that system with a fan adapter refused to see this fan, so I just used some cheap sleeve bearing Rosewill fan and had no problem. I even tried a redux 1700rpm noctua fan and it too had issues. I think the Precision T1700 and Optiplex 7020/9020 just doesn’t like PWM fans. But if you have any other normal computer with a normal motherboard I Will guarantee you that this fan will work, and you will love it.
