This fan is very quiet especially compared to my Corsair AF120 (which was running at a lower speed) using this as exhaust, nice unboxing experience, nice sleeving and installation hardware included.

The different pitch with fewer blades moves the air more effectively and seems to be just as quiet as upscale case cooling fans. The price on Amazon was reasonable too. I am pleased.

I used these to replace the three intake fans I had in the front of my desktop case...being PWM fans, they are much quieter and use half the power of a non PWM fan. More great quality from Noctua..highly recommended and worth a couple of extra dollars

Its a Noctua Fan so it just works great & runs quiet.

Bought this fan also with a pair of 140mm fans of this same family.

They seem like solid, quiet fans and at a reasonable price

Ive been using Noctua fans for awhile now, and with my latest build Ive been focusing more on aesthetics. I was using a prettier black fan with white details but the noise bothered me. So I went back to the silent, solid performer fan company, Noctua. Nowadays they have fans that arent brown which made the decision to switch to them all that much easier. But after installing them in my system I do feel a slight regret. The noise levels are great, hardly audible at 100% load. However even in my monochrome build with silver/gray RAM it doesnt seem to look quite as good as the previous fans. Black with gray accents, or anti-vibration rubber of a different color could have helped the fan look better. And yes Im aware of the industrial fans but I was looking for something to fit my color scheme that was quieter than my first choice of fans, and between the brown anti-vibration mounts and from what Ive read men undervolting performance/noise levels I still think this was a better option for me.

loudest noctua fans ive purchased. I have purchased lots of their products with the expectation of them being very quiet (all others are), but these are very loud at full speed.
