Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

vengo da un nh-d14 usato per 5 anni su un 8700k overcloccato , quindi conoscevo bene le qualità dei dissipatori noctua , e il fratello maggiore mi sta dando anche più soddisfazioni

I have a Ryzen 9 3900X and used the stock cooler. I now realize what a terrible decision that was. My CPU was hovering between 70 C and 90 C constantly and it just started restarting on me because of overheating. So I bought this cooler, just installed it an hour ago and temps are now between 40 C and 70 C. And thats AFTER I used AMDs auto overclocking. I had to literally underclock my CPU before so my system wouldnt restart. Suffice it to say, Im in love. But its only the first hour, so who knows lol.

I bought a similar noctua CPU cooler a year ago to upgrade a crappy Dell pancake cooler and at the time it was my first time knowing and understanding about noctua coolers and fans. Once I made the switch I was super impressed as under load, my temperatures dropped from 60°C to 40°C. Of course at idle with the Noctua cooler, my temperature is did not go above 30°

Keeps the CPU super cool and its silent. That thing is huge, be sure to take measurements before buying it. The right fan goes over the RAM slots, so any RAM sticks with heat spreader (or RGB) will probably wont fit, I have low profile modules and the fan sits(not touching, maybe 1mm) on top of them. My case is a Corsair 200r and it barely fit.

Absolutely love this cooler. I was holding off until they made a black one. Hopefully it fits in my Dune Pro case! Keeps my Ryzen 7 3700x nice and cool, all while being silent.

Jai changé mon Corsair H110 qui se faisait un peu vieux pour ce Noctua afin de faire de la MAO sur Ableton et franchement je ne suis pas déçu. Le montage est tellement facile et tellement bien conçu que je pensais avoir oublier quelque chose dans linstallation du ventirad tellement cétait simple à monter. Incroyable.

Great product ..just very big

Ive had Noctua before, but this one looks great, the chroma black make it look so great in any case, black, white, etc. I was afraid if it can keep cool my i9-13900k, but it does, and its silent, I was used to hear a lil bit more noise before, this one at idle, its super silent, and at heavy workload sounds loud but nothing crazy.

Works exceptionally well for an air cooler, running an i7 7800x (6 core) at 4.7ghz and manages to stay below 90 when playing games, under full load reaches 98 but I dont use it 100% ever so works for me, obviously you can take it down by .1 and get better thermals, the mounting was a little weird, when it comes to mounting the tower to it be sure to do a half turn on one side, then thread the other, then tighten evenly. at 100% speed does produce quite the hum, but depending on your clocks it will never need to.
