> 3 dayInstalled on a Ryzen 3900X and X570 MEG Ace motherboard. The case is a corsair obsidian 750D and the case panel just barely clears (And this is a full sized tower) due to one fan having to clear a stick of ram. The cooler works fine. My 3900X is ran at stock settings so no issue for the cooler there. I just wanted to comment on the fan clips. After reading reviews and watching videos of people complaining about the clips, I was dreading having to install and adjust the fans. Its a piece of cake. The fans mount quickly and come apart just as quickly. Fingers were all I needed to install but I did use needle nose pliers to remove the fans several times when trying to track down an unrelated issue. I think air coolers are the way to go unless you need some serious cooling solution.

Greater than one weekI have owned 3x NH-D14s, and am on my third NH-D15 (second chromax version). I prefer air cooled systems because there are less points of failure. Also, if there IS a failure, it wont 1) leak all over your components and possibly destroy them, and 2) no chance of corrosion on the CPU mount due to age over time.

> 3 dayI bought this as I was getting extremely high temperatures in my Intel i7-7700k (60 idle and 70-90 max load). And the temperatures after I installed it was a drastic improvement (20-25 idle and 50-65 max load). This saved my CPU and increased its previous lifespan by a longrun.
