> 3 dayThis NH-u12a Chromax keeps my 13900k idling around 36-40C and is pretty much silent. I run 6 Noctua 120mm case fans as well, 3 blowing and 3 pulling. I did turn off MSIs “Enhanced Turbo” setting in the BIOS as well as limit the P1 to 125w , and the P2 to 253. Super stable, stays cool and quiet, no issues.

> 3 dayI ordered this cooler based upon PCPartsPickers compatibility recomendation for the Asus ROG STRIX Z690-A Gaming WiFi D4 motherboard. But when I checked on the Noctua Compatibility Centre site, I discovered that it is NOT compatible with this motherboard. So, I returned it and ordered a Noctua cooler that IS compatible: the Noctua NH-D12L.

> 3 dayWhoopsie. I was idling at around 38C until I realized I had the fans blowing the wrong way. Now idling at 28C on my hottest core. Intel 12600k CPU (Yes, it comes with the LGA1700 mounting hardware, and the best instructions in the biz). Comes with a small optional cable that is supposed to somehow make the fans run quieter (but possibly lower performance) that I havent tried yet, but its running pretty quiet without it.

> 3 dayI bought this for my 13900k and it would thermal throttle under no stress at all.. I spent 120 dollars for it and 40+ to have it shipped to my country. I feel absolutely ripped off.

> 3 dayI know its been a few months since I installed this Bad Boy. Im very impressed with this air cooled fan. & Its Very Very Quiet. Only issue i have is that now I cant close the side panel, because the fan it self sticks out about a quarter inch (1/4). But its OK. I got rid of the originally Noisy fan that this ROG G15CE came with. My gaming rig wouldnt restart before because it was getting too HOT. System was overheating bad. About 85+ Degrees. My RTX3080 was getting too hot also. Now its stable at about 40-50 degrees while playing battlefield or diablo (for hours). I Love it. We got a winner here. Thank you Noctua. :) A+
