Noctua NH-U12A chromax.Black, 120mm Single-Tower CPU Cooler (Black)

Purchased 2 units to upgrade an Intel and AMD motherboards from a pair of Deepcool Gammaxx GTE V2. Well, I was impressed with the presentation and boxing but the performance were below expectations. The idle was in the upper 40c compared to the Deepcool on the Intel MB which kept it steady in the lower 30s and the high stress test they both were about neck & neck around 70c. Now for the AMD, mid 50s at idle with the Deepcool in the upper 30s. The stress test for both were around the same in the lower 70s. I moved fans , tweaked fans and still no changes. Well, like I mentioned earlier the units looks nice but the price to performance were not! I returned both units and reinstalled the Deepcool units…fighting the power! I’m glad it worked for most, just not for me!

Using on a 12600K CPU. Dead simple installation and simple fan mounting allowing for easy fan repositioning. Fantastic thermals at around 28c idle and 60c load after undervolting by 140mv. Highly recommended!

Simple to install, Whisper quiet. Pricey? Yes, but why not get the best? Highly recommended.

Works like a charm, keeps cpu temps nice and cool, and was so effortlessly installed. A great choice for an Air Cooler!

Core i7 2500k, 4.2ghz, gets up to about 70°C under synthetic load. Works amazing!

This air cooler keeps my CPU cooler than muly old water cooling system did, and its much quieter. Always trust Noctua. And thankfully the colors are all black, so no more hideous brown and tan fans. Buy this cooler!

I use this cooler with an i7 12700K and it keeps it cool and quiet even when under 100% load my CPU stays at around 60C

Had to replace my 5 year old AIO soni got this, it should last me for at least 5 years and one day or more.

Advertised as fitting z690 board but had to mount it sideways to fit my dominator ram sticks.

Suite à une déception avec un watercooling AIO qui a fonctionné que quelques mois avant de rendre l’âme, j’ai voulu une solution plus pérenne et le système à caloducs est la solution, mais faut aussi un refroidissement au moins équivalent. Et bien le ventirad NH u12a donne les 2 solutions et s’offre même le luxe de mieux refroidir mon proc i7 11700k que l’aio (240mm msi).
