Extremely happy with this cooler from Noctua. I have been using their products for years and this one is just as great as the others. The look, fitment, noise level, and temps are great!

I was weary about buying a new CPU cooler because I had actually had to switch back to my AMD stock cooler due to RAM clearance issues with my old cooler. Did some comparison shopping and found that the NH-U12S was well within my budget and the supposed cooling advantage was insane. It arrived a week early, and was easier to install than any other cooler Ive ever used - didnt even have to take out my motherboard! Cooling performance on my Ryzen 5 2600 is amazing, Im seeing resting temps of 33-39° and full load temps of no more than 63° (Cinebench R20) - a nearly 20° decrease from my stock cooler. I highly recommend this cooler.

What is there to not like? Amazing performance, no noise, and looks amazing in all black (I have custom covers and rubber pads to add more asthetic). It some of the best CPU cooling performance available and the price makes it truly unbeatable. Installation was also quick and easy

This is probably the best air cooler you will get for your processor. I have never seen my CPU climb above 65 degrees Celsius under very heavy loads. I game A lot! Put your mind at ease if you are obsessed with your component temps like I am and get this cooler. If installed correctly it will work wonders for your CPU.

Good thermal and audio performance from a quality product. Installation is straight forward, and all the required stuff is included (including a long screw driver and thermal paste). Extra quality of life things like a low noise adapter for the fan is included (though not needed unless running in, say, a home entertainment system and youre going for the quietest possible solution). Construction seems very good, though Ive only been using this one for about 2 weeks. Ive have run other Noctua fans for years without problems, so I hope, and expect the same from this solution.

A cpu air cooler that lives up to the hype. When you hold it you can really feel the quality. Very easy to mount and is completely silent in my system.

Avevo problemi con il dissipatore stock del ryzen 3700x che arrivava a 90 gradi. Con questo ho abbassato la temperatura sensibilmente. Prossimo acquisto la seconda ventola

Messo per sostituire un vecchio deepcool ad aria rgb. Pagato 70€, ma li vale tutti fino allultimo. È silenziosissimo e performante. Io uso il pc prevalentemente per gaming e devo dire che la cpu è sempre fresca anche con le ventole che girano a bassi rpm. Mai visto il processore superare i 43° (Sempre in gioco).

Very secure feeling mounting system, super premium feel on everything. Im using it to cool my 5600X and with PBO off and at a sustained load of 76 watts it stays at 70° C. Great thermals, would be happy to leave it running at that temperature for extended periods. There are cheaper options that will do most of the things the NH-U12S, but it wont be everything it is. Personally I was expecting even better thermals than I got. With PBO on, +200MHz offset, and a scalar of 10x sustained loads are 120 watts and it reaches 93°. I dont have experience with other coolers for comparison but its definetly leaps and bounds better than the stock cooler.
