> 3 dayMy stock cooler from r5 3600 is so loud and deicided to change it. I was torn between an aoi and air cooling and good thing I went to air cooling and this beast is a blast! Keeping my rig under 60 degrees while gaming and streaming and under 35 degrees while idle.

07-06-2025Definitely buy new. I ordered used- like new because the description said basically the box was just damaged so I assumed maybe someone ordered and it didnt fit so they sent it back. (More below, want to get to the cooler first.) Its a great cooler. The lowest temp drop I have seen on my i7-9700 is 10c. It rarely ever gets over 70 and even if it does it is just for a split second. (Full gaming load) Whisper quiet. Very glad I chose this instead of an AIO. When gaming large MMOs or Modern warfare it stays around 55-60c and in larger, busier events maybe 64c tops. All while maintaining complete silence. An impressive unit for sure. Easy to install. It comes with a great thermal paste and everything you need.

Greater than one weekI just got my 2nd one for another build. Best coolers on the market. Water cooling is overrated. I take one of these any day over water cooling. Its just works. Simple to install. Amazing build quality. Worth the extra money over the competition. Altho bequiet brand coolers coming in a close 2nd
