> 3 dayMy PC came from CyberPowerPC (who I would never do business with again after some truly horrible customer service and two repairs) and likely either had a poorly installed or poor quality heatsink, or both, but installing this Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4 has instantly knocked 20 degrees from my CPU temps (Ryzen 7 2700x). I wouldnt expect these kind of results in most builds, but have to say Im extremely pleased with the outcome on mine.

> 3 dayThis product has everything you need and nothing you dont. It comes with mounting hardware specifically for the AMD AM4 CPU socket and no other sockets. It requires the backplate which comes preinstalled on the motherboard, so dont throw that away! Youll need it! It comes with a small tube of thermal paste and a metal decal for the front of the case. Everything you need! Even at full speed the fan is very quiet, especially after you put the side panels on the case.

Now, the CPU never gets above 75C. It was simple to install and is very quiet. This is by far the best CPU cooler I’ve ever used.

> 3 dayNoctua makes great quality coolers. Im not a big fan of AIO coolers and this keeps my cpu in the 45c range when gaming with a slight OC. more then enough for the average user, a NH- D15 cooler would be standard if you are looking to push your OC further.
