Greater than one weekI used the NT-H2 to replace a three year old Arctic Silver 5 compound on my Lenovo P51. This laptop had thermal issues (throttling, program crashes) with the original compound and with the Aretic Silver 5. The NT-H2 was easy to install -- I dropped a messy rice sized dot on the i7-7820HQ CPY and a bit longer messy line on the Nvidia GPU. After installation, running Handbrake at full CPU load for over 30 minutes the max temperature was 84 degrees C compared with up to 97+ degrees C on the old compound. No throttling and no crashes. I couldnt make the application look like the perfect dots and lines in the installation video but this stuff clearly worked. Lets see how long it lasts.

Easy to clean with included wipesThe 3.5g pack of NT-H2 includes three large NA-CW1 cleaning wipes that are pre-moistened with an isopropyl alcohol mixture and make it child’s play to remove: Simply wipe off the paste from the CPU and the base of the cooler using one of the wipes and you’re done! |

Easy to apply
Thanks to its excellent spreading properties, there is no need to manually spread NT-H2 before installing the cooler: Simply apply some paste onto the CPU (see instructions for details), put on the heatsink and you’re ready to go!
