> 24 hourOn the first day of wearing them my special needs child threw them and they fell to pieces. The noise cancelling seemed to work well but they didn’t hold up to a tantrum

> 24 hourWe were so excited to find Muted headphones! When my son was little, our ear protection selection was limited to pink or blue. None of them inspiring, nor exciting enough for him to want to keep on. Fast forward a few years - I was so excited to see such a cute collection of ear protection to choose from! We purchased my daughter the hearts. She loves them! My older son does too. They are the only pair each want to wear. Needless to say, we now own several Muted headphones in different, fun styles. Everyone is happy. Especially Mom, who is thrilled they are eager to wear them to the football and basketball games we love to attend. We highly recommend Muted!

> 24 hourMy son has sensory disorder and these have been a lifesaver at work. He is highly sensitive to noise and loud noise sometimes send him into a panic but the slightest of noises will distract him for hours. We bought him two of these: one for home and one for school. He has improved greatly in school by using these while doing his school work. Also, the design makes it fun and hes not embarrassed. His fear was that kids would make fun of him but all his classmates think they are cool.

> 24 hourThese are super cute but they don’t muffle the sound as much as I’d hoped. Our son is sensitive to noise, when I tested them out it still was loud. We got these with the hopes he wouldn’t be afraid of the automatic flushing in public bathrooms, but These don’t muffle the noise enough. It took us a few weeks to get him to try them on and we missed the return window. Disappointed

> 24 hourThese are cute and light weight. Given as a gift to a 3 year old for his birthday. He loves airplanes, and going to air shows with Daddy and Grandpa. Beware though. Grandma took it out of the packaging for him to see, and he proceeded to get his little fingers pinched in the metal. The toddler was bleeding and crying on his birthday, and I felt terrible. Hopefully he won’t be scared to actually wear them! They are clearly not a toy, but how can you keep a curious toddler from fidgeting with them I wonder?

> 24 hourIdeally I’d like to email Muted directly but can’t find the option. There’s a portion of the earmuff missing the design (it’s plain white). Also, the color of the gray band for the Airplane isn’t as rich as what’s shown in the picture. A bit disappointed by the quality. Also received the rainbow version yesterday and all was great with the design, but the packaging was almost nonexistent. The earmuffs themselves were comfy for me to wear when adjusted and worked well. Have yet to see how my infant takes to them. Updated: Earmuffs work great! Super comfy even on my head. Only deducted a star for the poor packaging and the one earmuff that’s had a slight defect in the paint.

> 24 hourMy 9yr old niece loved these. She said it’s 4.5 stars because when she tried to wear with ear buds so she could use her ipad, they started hurting her ears. WITHOUT EARBUDS, she gives it 5 STARS.

> 24 hourMy son has some needs when in loud areas, like the bus ride to school. These block out all the noise and he just sleeps on the bus.
