> 3 dayOur refrigerator power went out because a GFCI was tripped while we were away. When we returned, about a month later, you can imagine the mess and smell. Threw everything away, took all shelves and drawers out and commenced deep clean of interior and all components. First soap and water. Then bleach and water. Then baking soda solution. Aired it out and washed again with baking soda. Spread several plates of baking soda around entire interior and plates of fresh coffee grounds as well. Most odor gone, but still... Ordered this product and placed it on top shelf near air vent. 24 hours later, fresh as a country breeze. No chemical odor as claimed by some people here and I have a very perceptive olfactory system! Could not be more pleased.

> 3 dayI opened my refrigerator door, and was blasted with a very strong odor that smelled like broccoli that was way too old! I did have a small stalk of broccoli in one of my vegetable drawers, but it was sealed tightly in a plastic bag, and no smell could I detect with it close to my nose. I tossed it anyway, opened a fresh box of soda for the fridge, and thought that would fix the problem. For the next few days, every time I opened the door, I could tell that the smell was not getting less, it seemed to be getting stronger, and was starting to be noticeable in the freezer! I then decided that the soda was not going to work by itself, and installed 3 small bags of bamboo charcoal in various areas inside the fridge. I decided to also perform a long overdue reduction of items that seem to collect over time. Thatll fix it, I thought. And, look at all the free space I have now! Again, a few days later, no improvement noticeable yet. So, I ordered 1 each NonScents refrigerator deodorizer to try. It was delivered on Friday around noon. I immediately opened it up and placed it on the middle shelf inside my fridge. Much to my amazement, when I opened the door on Saturday evening to fix something for dinner, the smell was GONE! The only smell noticed was nice fresh air! Freezer too! This magic device, in 1-1/2 days had done what baking soda and 3 bags of bamboo charcoal could not do in 2 weeks! I admittedly was sceptical that the NonScents deodorizer could work, much less that fast! But, this experience has taught me what to do with refrigerator/freezer odors, and how the keep them away. I am absolutely happy with this product, and would highly recommend it to everyone.

> 3 dayI had a sour milk smell in my fridge that I could not get rid of. I emptied the whole fridge, cleaned it with multiple different products and did a smell test on EVERY SINGLE ITEM in my fridge, and still the smell was there. The only thing I could come up with was that my kids spilled something in the fridge that got into some opening or crevice and started to sour (of course they all denied this). Even an open box of baking soda did not help. I purchased this deodorizer and within a few hours I noticed a definite change, in 3 days the odor was completely gone. Going on a few weeks now and my fridge has ZERO odors. One reviewer mentioned this leaving a heavy chlorine smell in the fridge and their food. This did not happen with me. If you hold the unit up to your nose you can detect the smell of something that resembles chlorine, even though it says it uses charcoal. But eventually that chlorine smell disappears from the unit. Still, I highly recommend. It just works!

> 3 dayi used baking soda for years. My Mom used baking soda and so did her parents before her. But in modern times, save yourself form the unpleasant odors in your fridge and freezer and buy these. They last for 6 months AND more before needing to be changed. I used to have to change the baking soda every 2 months in order to keep odors in check, but these really work. Other reviews have mentioned a chemically odor, but I am on my third set and have not noticed any. I started looking for something new after the ice in my Freezer started to become unusable due to the food odors being absorbed in the ice. After I switched, everything tastes PURE as it should. One in the fridge, one in the freezer, and an auto-reorder at six months and you are good to go.

> 3 dayWe were having some work done in our kitchen and the fridge was unplugged and plugged off and on over a weekend. Although we didn’t initially notice any casualties from that, after a few days a terrible rotting smell was coming out of it. We cleaned it and wiped it down and put baking soda in it but still could not find the root of the problem. After seven days of gagging and doing research and reading reviews I found this product. Sure enough within two days the smell was completely gone! When you take it out of the package it smells a little strong, almost like chlorine. But once you put it in the fridge that smell goes away and you only notice a very light scent. Would recommend!

> 3 dayI was skeptical of this product, my fridge smelled like a seafood market on a hot summer day. I had used all the old school methods of removing odor i.e. cleaning from top to bottom, baking soda, etc. After searching many products on Amazon I found this one, read the reviews and it seemed like the best one. I placed the item in my fridge and hoped for the best. After a couple days there didnt seem to be much of a change so I reached out to the seller and they informed me it could take a couple of weeks on stronger odors so I waited.... I was not let down that I did, one morning when I went to get the cream for my morning coffee I noticed something startling, almost over night the smell went from being noticeable to gone. All in all this is a great product and a great support team who stands by their product and will reply quickly and promptly to ensure a happy customer.
