Initially, I purchased the ultimate Omega Xtra and though the capsule is huge yet is easy to swallow, a plus. I love this product and decided to order their omega 3 without D3 as I am taking it separately. Very pleased with it and help my dry eyes.

Very effective with no after taste. Taking these ward off colds! I never got a flu shot and I keep healthy! Good Omegas.
