Nordic Ware NW 95577 75th Anniversary Braided Rope Bundt Cake Pan, Gold

Although comparable to the swirled pattern of the Nordic Ware Heritage pan, this braided look is a quite dramatic, hit-you-in-the-face, design. The interior of the pan has softer swirls than the exterior which actually makes this pan exceptionally easy to clean-up with almost no effort required. And it is because of these graceful, simple interior swirls, my cake turned out of the pan at breakneck speed and managed to separate in four places. Not what I was expecting but I will be extremely careful next time to ensure there won’t be a repeat performance. The recipe which comes with the pan is a winner in our house and can be “played with” by adding other ingredients (fresh or dried fruit), flavor extracts, and liquor….whatever takes your fancy.

The pan is very sturdy and lovely as well. The cake baked evenly and released from the pan with no breakage! I love Nordic pans!!!

The absolute best

Bakes bundt cake very well. You have to use shortening and flour inside before you pour the batter. You cant use cooking spray. Patience is needed to get all loops floured and then cleaned afterwards. Hand wash is the best and they have instructions about this on the package.

I love this pan! The cakes come out beautifully and make a very nice impression. I spray it with floured cooking spray from Aldi and the cake just slides out perfectly. I’m sorry I didn’t photograph them to show. It’s just a beautiful design.

Made Beautifully cake

I’ve only used it twice but both times the cakes slid out. I didn’t even need to tap the pan. With such a smooth release clean up is a breeze. Only problem is it’s quite large. I’ve had to adjust recipes and even then I’m not filling the pan. Also design is easier to cut manageable slices

Easy to clean!!

I just got this beautiful pan in the mail and I’m in love all over again. This is a very hefty Bundt pan and it’s a very beautiful pan otherwise I’d never put up $45.00 just for one pan. I have a few pans like this from Nordic Ware, they are not just Bundt pans but they are very very beautiful in color and the design on the outside of each cake (you really have to oil and flour these Bundt pans very well in order for your cakes not to stick to these pans and to turn out to be a very beautiful cake.
