Anytime I bake something in this, it comes out beautifully (I do usually spray it with a little Pam, just to be extra safe, but its not necessary Im just paranoid). The end result always gets compliments and folks are surprised that its home baked because it makes it look so professional!

> 3 dayI’ve only used it twice but both times the cakes slid out. I didn’t even need to tap the pan. With such a smooth release clean up is a breeze. Only problem is it’s quite large. I’ve had to adjust recipes and even then I’m not filling the pan. Also design is easier to cut manageable slices
