Could not get the program to download. When I called the technical support. The guy wanted to sell me a $400 program to scrub my NEW laptop. Norton use to be the beat until Lifelock bought them. Waste of money and time

This product was easy to install, works as it should and is a good value for the monry

I dislike that I am not able to install the software

I have no Idea if I wasted my money or not. I dont know if I have installed this properly or not. This stuff is confusing to me.

Theres no VPN thats an extra 35$ a year. Also this did not get rid of the bing redirect virus for mac. So if youre looking for VPN and to rid your mac of that redirect virus, this isnt for you.

Norton 360 is absolutely the best and most reliable antivirus software! I have been using it for many years and I have been completely satisfied with it. The customer service is simply superb. The updates are free and also they upgraded me to a Deluxe version for free. It was very nice so I can use Norton VPN on our cell phones as well. The VPN is a very nice feature. I highly recommend Norton and Amazon is the place to get it.

I purchased the protection from Amazon. I was mailed a card stating how to apply to my computer. When I go through the steps it tries to charge me again. I called Norton and they are not sure what the issue is. It is disgusting as I have to try and figure out how I get this on my computer.
