It does exactly what it was supposed to do. It is a shame that the Gamin original strap needed replacing after barely a year. I hope this one lasts longer..it has different fixing system. Good that special small screw driver was supplied.

Its pretty much a form/fit/function replacement for the original Garmin band. One side of the Garmin band detached, so I only replaced that side, until a couple of weeks later the other side of the Garmin band detached. So now Im using the whole replacement band. Im hoping that this one lasts longer than the Garmin band, but just in case, I ordered a spare. (Ive had the Forerunner 35 for about 10 months.)
