I just received my replacement band and while the bottom strap snapped on easily and I had no trouble screwing it on, the top piece of the band does not fit and will not snap to the watch piece. My old piece snaps on and off easily, so its clearly the replacement piece that has a problem. Im very disappointed, and would give 0 stars if I could.

Worked well but the band broke after 18 months.

Package was missing the screws, which is actually what I really needed.

It is a good product. Pretty easy to install but you have to read the directions and a plier is needed. I was surprised that it was a gray color band. It is fine but expected black. Maybe I missed it but watch closely to see what color you will be receiving.
