Overall a good solid bag but not sure what is the designer think, maybe this person has a very small hand. Mine is medium size but cannot reach the bottom to get what I put in. Useless. Usually they put mesh to have large opening to get things out. Have to return it.

I have had this backpack for awhile now. I have done a lot of traveling with it. The backpack is completely full everyday. Sometimes I have a 15 inch and 17 inch laptop with me. This backpack has held up well. Definitely would recommend it.

Backpack bought in August. By February, main zipper was broken. Son was able to temporarily fix and continue to use but locking mechanism for the zipper end would come loose frequently and he was very frustrated with the constraints of use. Backpack finally gave up the ghost beginning of March. Nice for a while but was hoping it would at least last more than half a school year.

My son walked across campus and got caught in rain and computer was in pool of water in the bag. I contacted Amazon and after them contacting the company they said they would do nothing for me. We had to buy a new computer because the computer had water in it. I am out $1000 for the computer. Cant say waterproof if it is now. He did not swim with it for gods sake. The water went into his bag and collected at the bottom where he computer was. I still believe that Amazon should stand behind the product they sold if the company will not.

I use this backpack for college. It can carry lot of items including my 4 notebooks, laptop, laptop cooling pad, large USB headphones, 15-inch laptop accessories case, calculator case, coffee thermos, clipboard and snacks with room for more! Although my pack could weigh up to 30 pounds at times, it is very comfortable at the shoulders with its padded straps. I practically do not feel it on me.

This backpack is of solid construction and is overall a good product. The only drawback is that they claim it will fit a 17.3 gaming laptop, but that is a stretch. While I can zip one side it is pulled super tight to do it. So I cannot recommend this for anything over a 17 laptop. It will meet my needs for now, but I will likely replace it with a backpack that can comfortably fit a 17.3 in the future.

There is a lot of wasted space. Not easy to organize. Items get lost in the bag all of the time.

I needed to take my laptop and work documents on a trip and needed an easily portable bag. This backpack has many more positive features than I expected. I carried all of my laptop gear in the computer section, plus all of my camera gear with extra lenses in the large front section. The padding is great for protecting your gear and keeping things separated. There are outside netted sections for water bottles and secure pockets for personal items. Really a great product.

I had this bag for a year and it is holding up well! I am a teacher and transport a lot of papers, books, notebooks, and folders, in addition to all sorts of writing utensils and my computer. This bag has a lot of compartments and is durable. I recommend it!
