I like the size and the number of pockets.

Using it to safe keep my surface

The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating was because the rounding area at the top makes a tight fit for my large laptop and I think that this MIGHT cause the backpack to wear out prematurely. This backpack is well made and extremely comfortable. Even when carrying books and heavy weight, my back idoes not feel strained. I travel a lot and it is packed for travel a minimum of 3x a week. Adjusting to a new backpack is usually difficult for me but in this case it was not. My last backpack was triple the cost but lasted just over 5 years. This one is made better and its more comfortable but my 17.3 inch laptop fits more snugly than I would like. There are some great features and there is extra padding in all the right places.

Holds lots of stuff besides just the computer

I havent had this long enough to rate durability or water resistance, but I am very happy with the product. The space for the laptop is completely separate from another storage area that goes the full height of the backpack and both have ample room for my needs (multiple books, folders and spirals). The design actually allows the backpack to stand up straight when set on the floor. This may be related to how I packed it, but my previous one fell over regardless of the contents. The zippers feel robust and work easily with the pulls being easy to grasp.

I brought this backpack for my husband since he travels so much. He love it! it fits all of the documents that he has to take with him, that he doesnt have to take out his electronics everytime and that it has a hook to his suitcase!

We used our two backpacks for air travel. It kept important documents tucked away safely and also provided ample room for clothes, toiletries and miscellaneous things needed on our trip.

I have used this backpack a few times traveling. I like the multiple pockets inside the bag and especially the battery bank pocket is a great feature for keeping devices charged. I do have to point out the lower lumbar pad I feel is extra padded and sits on lower back area just right for me. The zipper pocket on the lower lumbar is a great place to store car keys and or wallet.
