Exactly what I was looking for!

At first I was afraid it would be a disadvantage to have it not be adjustable, but it is the perfect height and very stable - well designed and sleek. I absolutely love it, and it goes well with my Logitech keyboard. I had to get this set up because I was starting to develop carpal from the small laptop keyboard.

I have a monitor on a small stand at home that i plug into a lap top that i carry back and forth to work. I was looking for something that would put my laptop screen at about the same height as the monitor (sort of like a dual monitor), be open at the bottom so my keyboard, mouse legal pads...etc dont bump into it, and have a downward slant so I could easily type on the laptop keyboard if i needed to for start up, enter passwords...etc. This is perfect! much more sturdy and well built than i anticipated- not that i expected it to be bad, just that it exceeded my expectations. I was also worried that the front lip that keeps the laptop from sliding off did not come up high enough to securely hold my Dell 15 that is curved along the edges (not flat like the mac in the pics). No problem what-so-ever, laptop is completely secure. I rarely write reviews, but thought this stand deserved one. Highly recommend.
