Very easy to assemble, thick metal, and does not move around or wobble.

I purchased this product because it was going to give me more desk space, a much needed thing when working from home. I was pleasantly surprised that it was very easy to put together and was very sturdy once placed. What I love most, though, is that it is the perfect height to work with my external monitor. Im no longer having to lean over to read things on that screen.

Sturdy and good height. Accidentally assembled the wrong way, was hard to remove. But other than that it was great.

Since moving to remote work, I was working at a makeshift desk in my kitchen, the desk small in height, and put me a tall person in an awkward position in how my neck/back/arms were at this desk. I ordered this laptop stand to help level everything out. I am no longer in an awkward position while working and no longer have neck/back/arm pain!

I work from home full time and this laptop stand has been lovely so far. Its super sturdy and snaps well into place with the legs and stuff. You could even travel with it because it breaks down so small. Love it.

Update: After just a couple of months it is clear this stand has a very unfortunate design flaw. The metal pieces are solidly made with substantial padding where needed. Unfortunately the design of the connecting parts is not in the same league. The front cross piece has rubber/plastic feet on each side. In addition to serving as padded feet these pieces also serve to hold in place the two upright sections of the stand. Each upright piece is cutout on the end so that it slides around and under the edges of each foot to hold all three pieces together as a unit. To hold each foot in place there are two small metal studs protruding from the metal cross piece. These studs appear to have been spread at the top to lock each foot to the cross piece. Unfortunately the small spread of these studs apparently allowed them to pull out of one foot on my cross piece. That renders the entire stand useless as there is no way to hold the cross piece and upright together. For such an otherwise substantial construction, this seems like a horrible design decision. I have glued the foot back onto the cross piece and for the moment it is functional. However, I am not optimistic that this bit of glue will hold up any better than the original design. I am not aware of any major trauma to the stand that would have caused the foot to come loose; it seems to have come off just through routine use.
