Nice stand, feels very solid and sturdy. Dinged a star because it takes superhuman strength to adjust height or angle. Probably why its so sturdy, but makes it hard to collapse and re-set up if you need to put away frequently.

It is extremely hard to adjust this. I am not feeble; I move furniture and load heavy things in and out of my car, but I would nearly have to stand or sit on this to get it to move. I am returning it.

As long as one part of this is stable (held down) its very easy to change the height and its very sturdy. I have a heavy 17 inch Dell laptop weighing 7 pounds that it can hold with ease.

it is sturdy and once you adjust its position, it stays as is. It significantly helped my posture. As I usually work with 2 monitors, it is good to have both leveled.

Did a lot of comparison shopping before choosing this one. Some had sticky stuff to hold your computer; some looked pretty flimsy. This one was criticized for being too hard to move. Im a 115 lb. woman and I have an easy time adjusting it. It turned a posture problem into an ergonomic dream. This one costs a little more, but im happy with my choice because it allows the computer to stay cool but is still very sturdy and stable. Very pleased.

I purchased this stand to accommodate my 17 HP laptop. I wanted a more ergonomic setup for my working from home. and this does the job nicely. I was a little hesitant to purchase this item seeing that many of its competitors were more expensive, but my fears were unfounded. It accommodates a large, heavy laptop, and the rubberized pads protect my tabletop and the computer. As a plus, the silver finish happens to match my laptops finish so well, it could be mistaken for OEM.

Color matches a silver I MAC, shakes a little bit when raised up high.
