Easy to dissolve and fast acting. I enjoy most NutraBio products and this is one of their best.

Has a slight taste that was not very good but the product seems to work.

It is glutamine. Has an off flavor when. Mixed with a protein shake. Would not purchase this brand again.

I know friends who have used this with great success. I’m one of the rare few who had a terrible reaction. Now I have half or more of this product going to waste. I tried to push through by tapering up and down, but the headaches and extreme fatigue was too much. I’ve heard reactions are rare but after this I noticed the same reaction to bone broth which both realizations all around are a bummer because I really wanted this to help repair my gut. Which, in fairness it did help a little but the headaches were just too much.

I have been using NutraBio products almost from when they started. I workout 5 x per week and take my nutrition seriously. Unfortunately NutraBio has raised their prices without any regard to their loyal customer base. Im out!

I take it during and after a though lift

Within first 2 weeks I began to feel digestive relief. I have leaky gut syndrome and this has improved how I digest and eliminate food.
