> 3 dayI have been using the same version of creatine for a very long time now and while I get some results, they’re not as much as I hoped. Lately I have been trying a few different brands, and when I came across this one, I thought for the price it was quite good Bargain and the nutritional content seemed great. So, I went ahead and place an order for it, and it arrived a few days ago. It’s hard for me to give it a five star review right away since it usually will take some time to notice a difference, but there are a few things that I can comment on, and justify my four stars thus far. First off, it has no taste whatsoever. Sometimes I can detect the flavor of creatine and can’t stand it, so I was quite pleased with this one. Also, it dissolves perfectly. It also does not leave any residue and I’m so happy about that because so many times my normal brand does. So overall, I’m pleased with us this far, and I will definitely revisit my review Once I give it a chance to work, and depending on the results that I see or don’t see. The quantity is definitely great for the price as well, so I’m hoping I get fantastic results, and this becomes my new go to brand. I hope my review helps you to make a more well-informed decision.

Greater than one weekIll be totally honest. Im 48 years old, going on 100. 3 kids and a 50 hour work week. I was a hardcore athlete in HS, gym rat etc. Fast forward to life situations; marriage, work and kids. I made excuses for years until I had a revelation to get back into the gym. I have always taken supplements, especially Creatine, in conjunction with a whey protein powder post workout. This product is great! I do mix it with a 25g protein powder (same company). Slam it right after my workout. I couldnt be happier with my gains in the last 2 years I committed to getting back in shape. It does take a lot of discipline. I go 5-6 days a week, 1-2 hours a day. No product will do the work for you. You do the work to make the product effective! In conclusion, Nutricost makes great supplements and are very cost effective. I have both their Whey protein and Creatine. Good luck!

> 3 daythe first container I bought of this has a nice compact form factor with plenty of space for the creatine to settle and made it easy to scoop. The second container I bought was super tiny, packed full and I had to stick my hand into the powder to find the scoop, which doesnt fit back inside the container once you pull it out because of how compact it is.

> 3 dayFull disclosure: Im not a huge lifter. I lift, box, do bodyweight exercises, and run as part of my general training program. That said, in the few weeks Ive been using this consistently, Ive noticed less fatigue during and after workouts, slightly higher speeds on runs, as well as better muscle mass building. Zero flavor, dissolves well (not always 100% perfectly, but very close), and works. Good price too - planning to buy more when I run out. Do be advised that this may create some digestive issues for the first couple days. I took 10g the first day, 5g the day after, and usually do 3-4g on a regular day, but it led to a couple of irregular, rather painful BMs as my body adjusted.
