> 3 dayI have used this product for 3 days and my only problem is to dissolve it completely. It is almost impossible, does someone know how to do it please ?

It works
> 3 dayI really can’t tell if I’m getting bigger since I look at myself everyday. But a few people have been telling me my muscles look more fuller. I do feel just a little stronger in the gym. I’ve been taking it everyday for the past 3 weeks with Apple juice. Taking with any carbohydrate juice will be better since your body absorbs it better with carbs. Also my memory has improved just a bit. I guess it works

Greater than one weekEdit: So I think this still warrants a 5*, but if I could Id ding it half a star, I would. I got another jug, and the new one is significantly smaller. Same amount of product, so I appreciate the reduced packaging, but it means a) no more anti-moisture packet and b) the long handle doesnt fit back into the container unless you want to bury it, at least until youve used a chunk of it. Its still a great powder, though, and Ill repurchase again. Ive tried a variety of powders (creatine and more) over the years, and have experienced a lot of mixes well! or flavorless claims that turned out to be blatant lies. This one is a nice standout. It mixes with almost no effort (I literally just arbitrarily pour some water in a cup, dump in a scoop, and swirl it around a bit), it has no discernable flavor, comes with a long-handled scooper and has an anti-moisture packet inside. The powder is very fine...not grainy or clumpy at all. Results have been as expected. I was already taking creatine in capsule form but was tired of taking So. Many. Caps. Didnt have to do a loading phase as a result, so this bucket ought to last a good while. Nothing at all to find fault with.

> 3 dayIt mixes well compared to other creatine products that are on the market. Trust me, I have tried most of them in the past 15 years.. There is no weird taste. I do add it to my prework out drinks and my OJ in the morning with breakfast. I have gained more weight/muscle in the past 2 months while taking this product vs not taking creatine at all. I take 10 grams a day. 1 serving in the morning and 1 before I workout. I do believe it helps with recovery too. Great product and great price. Will be buying it again once this tub runs out.

21-11-2024Get exactly as advertised. Pure creatine powder to add as you please. Personally I add a scoop to my morning coffee, few stirs to dissolve and good to drink.

> 3 dayUsually don’t care much to post reviews unless it’s an extremely amazing or terrible product. I’m not going to comment on the effectiveness of creatine (do your own research). I’m here to rave about Nutricost and how much of an ideal company they are and what they’ve done recently by downsizing their bottle size yet keeping the same amount of product. Small bottle 100 servings monohydrate powder > large bottle of 100 servings. Not only does it save me space on my shelf, I can stock up more on this fantastic product and smile that Nutricost is doing their part. Oh yes, also want to include it mixes well in all types of your favorite beverage (even plain water), I’ve not had any bloating or any stomach issues, and the price is right.
