Initially, I wrote a very negative review of this item, because just a few weeks after I received it, the right earbud ceased functioning. But as soon as my review was published, the manufacturer contacted me, and in just a few days I received, free of charge, a replacement. I have to express my appreciation for the manufacturers customer care.

No one can hear me clearly on a phone call. I will be buying another pair of apple airbuds or beats.

Occiam did it again. Aside from the heavy and bulky case the earbuds are great. Once paired they connect flawlessly, and the battery last as expected. I found these K23 earbuds sound quality has been improved upon from previous versions.

Good sound, like the charging case, has both USB and USB-c. I like the charge display on the outside, and the wrap-around is soft, so they dont hurt my ears.

You dont expect a Ford focus to handle like a Ferrari right? You shouldnt expect a budget earbud to perform like a $$$ name brand set. For the price these do amazingly well. I thought my phones Bluetooth was bad because the last pair of earbuds I bought would have connection problems when I put my phone in my knee pocket on my pants. Bought these and the work across the house only starting to drop when I get two rooms away.
