Sound quality is very good just make sure you get the right size earbud on the tip to fit in your ear (they include 4 different pair). Of all the different pairs, I wear, I love this style of over the ear the best. Charges wireless or USB C included cable. These really sound great sound, plenty of volume and very comfy with the over the ear design! Paired easilt and a nice tactile button, not just touch sensitive.

They sound good and stay well positioned on your ears when lifting weights, just what I needed.

This is my third pair of Occiam ear buds. Each time they get better. First, I lost one of the earbuds doing yard work. The second pair I purchased was to replace the first. Now, I ordered a third pair so I can have them at work and at home.

After less than a month these ear buds are completely dead. The left one will not charge or turn on. I would not recommend these at all for working out or if you sweat as I think that is what caused them to not work even though I was so careful to wipe them off and store them properly.
