The fan we received was both damaged and missing parts. OEM tools customer support was useless, as was Jegs customer support. Now I have to return the item and I dont have a box big enough to fit it all in.

I really like it. My only complain is that is sticks out so far. The base stand that attaches to the wall could probably be 3 inches shorter. That way it doest stick out so much.

Oudoor Fan but it cant remain outside. If it rains water gets inside plug and it wont run until plug dries out. Apparently this outdoor fan is not waterproof? WHY? Talked with company and they said it has problems with water getting in plug as well as in motor and that I should cover the OUTDOOR fan with plastic. The GFI plug could have easily been made waterproof. DO NOT BUY if you want to leave fan outside!

Austin, TX summers…need I say more? Although our patio is well shaded and has overhead fans, summers are just too hot to sit comfortably. It’s only April and temps have already hit 91 degrees. This fan was easy to assemble and mount to a 4x4 and an outdoor faucet. The mist rate is easy to adjust, and 3 fan speeds make comfortable sitting and talking effortless. We love it. The mosquitoes haven’t come out yet. Hopefully, the breeze strength will keep them away.

Within a few hours of arrival the oscillating mechanism broke internally and the fan head will no longer lock into place. The customer support number on the manual is not valid. No support means it must be returned. I like it as a fan, but the mister is more of a sprayer and it absolutely soaks everything.

Bought three fans for our courtyard. The packaging is not proper for the fans and parts. All three fans were rattling around in their boxes when we opened them. We mounted two of the fans - both vibrated awfully. They were either not QA-ed or were damaged while shipping. Now we have holes in our walls for nothing. Called the vendor and they were Talk to Amazon, like they had these calls all the time. Had to return all three. Also - these fans are much larger than they seem from the description - they stick out 20+ inches from the wall and are very heavy. When running - they make a LOT of noise too. Would have been really hard to talk over. There are better products out there.

Shakes violently while on high setting. Must not be balanced.

It’s easy to install and works great! It only took a few minutes.

It’s pretty loud. That’s something to keep in mind.

I can’t use it. Even on The lowest fan setting and with the fan 10 feet from our table it was as uncomfortable and blew things around.
