Its brand new...been up for one day. Seems fine ... Ill let you know in 10 years how it worked out.

Installed fan on garage wall, worked good for five minutes then the low speed stoped working, then the medium speed stoped working, then the high speed stoped working, this fan is a piece of junk DO NOT BUY THIS FAN FROM THIS COMPANY.

You cant position this fan but to one spot, dead center and you have to climb a ladder and remove a screw to do that! Absolutely worthless the only adjustment is tilt! POS! Sending it back is a waste of time buying and mounting it just to find out you cant adjust or turn off the oscillator and park the fan in the position you need!

A little flimsy, but for the price they work well. Three speeds are nice and it rotates well.

Product arrived damaged. They had a zip tie attached to the motor: 10-15lbs. The motor must of pulled down on the fans outside housing causing it to cave in and not allow the fan to be functional.
