I disliked the pull chain it broke on the first day I installed it and on the first pull!

Very easy to install and moves a significant volume of air even at the lowest setting

There was a small problem with the fan but they resolved it with one phone call. Fan works very well. I’ll buy again from this company for sure!

Love the CFM of the unit but it was a huge pain in the ass to assemble and mount only to have the oscillating feature break after 2 weeks.

We purchased a few of these fans for our fire station bays. One of the fans has stopped working 4 months after purchase. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. The only response I received is that our 90 day warranty has expired, so, basically, we are out of luck.

Put together and mounted fan, would oscillate but blade would not work. Wanted to talk to customer service but it appears Ken Brown does not have customer service.

Works fine,,,blows a lot of air,,,a bit noisy but thats because its moving a lot of air. Easy install.

Its brand new...been up for one day. Seems fine ... Ill let you know in 10 years how it worked out.
