A good product. Microsoft word was just too expensive for me. This software has all that I need and more and the price is OUTSTANDING. I would recommend this product.

Im disappointed! The disc was easy to load on my HP laptop, all went well with that. BUT....I use excel a lot and am having too many problems with saving the Apache form of excel. I click on the save button and it freezes! I cant minimize, exit or anything. I end up needing to completely shut down my computer, and then I get that nasty remark that I have open programs, force a shutdown. Then when I go and turn back on, it needs to recover my spreadsheet, which now has lost all the changes and entries I made. Not a happy camper today!!

This is a handy program if you just want to type a letter or do a spreadsheet. It doesnt have all the bells & whistles that word does, but for the price it is great. Easy to install.

does the job

I could never get this software to work once it was downloaded. I felt like it was a waste of my money. Hope others have more success. I just gave up and subscribed to Microsoft 365 which always works like it says it will. I really wanted this software to work because it cost a whole lot less...I guess in this regard I got what I paid for...not much.

I love this free on-line version via Apache and prefer it to MS/other suites, even though a long time Lotus Suite fan. I cannot say it is flawlessly interchangeable with MS; case in point & most irritating was importing an Excel 2010 spreadsheet that served as a beam calculator via its many & complex macros ... does not work on Open Office. Should that be the only major flaw, then the other minor irritations all have work arounds. For those that need the bonus art on this CD, love the security of a forever CD, then this is a good price. The clipart bonanza alone is worth the price BUT would be worth x10 more IF properly labeled for one to search quickly, e.g. swimming, bottle, etc.

I hated looking at having to pay $50 a year for using Word and Excel. I figured Id give this a try. It works perfectly for me. The only thing you need to do is train yourself to look for the new icons instead of the Microsoft icons.

Works just as well for my intended use as the much more expensive sets.

Product arrived as in website description and I was pleased with this software.
