Missing a real Data Base, other wise for the money it was fine. Easy to use and install. Worth every penny.

Being unfamiliar with some processes, I wish there was more information for me as a novice. A lot of terminology is not easy to understand or apply to the situations. I will make it work for me, but I wish there were easier steps to follow.

Cannot clear the Title of the file...Look and Feel of Excel because I had difficulties loading a MS Excel on Windows 10 Pro

The software was amazing & I love the software. It was easy to install. I can do other work with different programs that I can use.

I suspect that Ill run beyond the allotted space for comments: Im a lifelong student, published author, and amateur playwright. I generate a lot of text - and over the years Ive lost literally thousands of hours of files using MS Word. I compounded this problem by recently enrolling in the MS 365 program. It is with absolute delight that Im now using Open Office: no need to be connected to the Internet; no relentless updates to keep techie programmers employed; and Open Office comes with a complete and clearly written users manual! If they ever offer a Nobel Prize for excellent, affordable, world class software - its gotta be you guys! Thanks! Doc Evison

Needed new document software for several computers - without - having to pay extra for each one, or being limited to (3) or some number. Tried Open Office a couple times and it handled our Word documents, so off we go. It will also do presentations and create PDF. Saying goodbye to the other software companies.

The tutorial for this software is much better than the older version of Open Office I downloaded a couple of years ago.

From everything I see on here, there is a whole lot of thankfulness to be given to the people who have provided us with this affordable, working software! Millions of people need to know about it and give thanks! Just cant believe it! Something I really need and rely on, I can afford.

The most important thing I can not figure out is how to get help. HELP is non existent. Pressing help only gets you page after page of what it can be used for, general topics, how to get community help LOL (that hasnt worked yet.) All I want to know is ...if I want help to set a default font... where is the box in which to type default font?
