> 3 dayIncredibly sharp. One of my most used tools in my clinician pouch. Super sharp, comfortable handle without over the top designs. Most other 9mm snap tip box blades I have used are cheap plastic $1 store grab bag items. Its taken a while to find one that is very high quality. Only two drawbacks... 1) The high carbon blade is very sharp, but rusts very easily. After casting in the clinic, I will cut the fiberglass with this with ease, but the blade will start to form a layer of rust on the edge a few hours later, just from the moisture in the cast. 2) If you arent careful, the blade perforations will snap easier than expected, shortening the lifetime of the blade.

> 3 dayIve been using a utility knife to cut foam core boards for a project which wear out after a couple small cuts causing the foam to tear resulting in ugly edges. I would swap blades every couple passes. I came across this looking for something better and I gotta say this is a life saver. I still havent had to break off a blade yet as it is retaining its sharpness so well. With all the cutting I have done i would have used 10 utility blades by now, yet this initial blade is still flawlessly working. Will buy again... assuming these even start to dull eventually.

> 3 dayReally good box cutters. These are not designed for really heavy duty use, but for simple use, its great. So much so that my insanely picky boyfriend wants one.

> 3 daySuper quality knife made in Japan for the picky buyer. This knife is sharp and strong. It ratchets the blade with precision and stays exactly where you put it. Great for craft projects or just flattening cardboard boxes from Amazon. Comfy handle. Sorry I ever bought anything else.

> 3 dayI bought this based on a recommendation online. I like my OLFA rotary cutters, and so knew it was a quality brand. It may sound silly, but it would have been nice for them to have some basic instructions on the back of the package. Ive never used these snap off blades and had to go to youtube to see how to use them safely.

> 3 dayI break a LOT of boxes down for our recycling effort. Previously I used an OLFA utility knife and was happy with the results--until I ordered the OLFA Rubber Grip Utility Knife. The leverage you can generate using this ergonomic rubber grip allows you to cut through large and tough cardboard boxes (think banana box) like a hot knife through butter. It of course helps that the blade is razor sharp, but the ease of use is really due to your ability to grip this knife in a way that automatically puts more power into the somewhat smaller cutting surface. No more repeating the cut to make sure that you get through the cardboard, no more bending of the blade as you try to make a straight cut. And its also useful on plastic, rope, rubber and a host of other items. GREAT TOOL!!!!!

Greater than one weekI have used other 9 mm utility knives for 50 years. This one is the best. The blade locks positively where other ones allow the blade to unlock and retract. The rubber grip gives a comfortable and (safe) non-slip grip. Buy this one and it will be the last one you will ever need to buy.

> 3 dayThis is not the best quality knife, but if you only need a cutting tool once a week, this will do the job. If you need a high quality knife or need to cut things for a job, etc,, this is NOT the tool for you.
