money waste.. luggage poorly divided

I bought a different brand for a Xmas gift for my wife that actually cost more, but was really dissapointed in durability. Returned and bought this set and she loved it...she just bought me a set for my birthday as well.

Works really good i love this little suitcase, i was able to fit 2 pairs of shoes along with 4 shirst i wear a 2XL, 4 boxers, 4 tanks, 2 pants and 2 shorts with 3 pairs of sox and my tooth brush, mouth wash tooth paste, hair products, comb, BCAA otg packs and protein otg packs ( on the go ) didnt have to put much in my back pack at all moves around easily just have to but locks for it

It appears to be a quality piece of luggage, but it arrived with the packaging pretty smashed up and a dent near the wheels. The dent does not effect the rolling and I needed the luggage right away , therefore I did not attempt to return it. I am not pleased , but like I said, I needed the use of the luggage soon after receiving it. I will think twice about ordering again.

Box was in perfect condition. Suitcase was smashed on one corner. I was able to push the plastic back out to where most of the damage was gone. But since the box didnt have any damage I can only conclude that it was damaged before it was put into the box. Beyond that it looks like a decent suitcase but I have doubts as to how well it will last.

Second carry-on I have purchased by this brand. Quality construction

I love that it rolls so easy, its more secure and durable and I love the color. I got the dark purple. Ive been to a few airports and hotels and it has been great.

I never write reviews, this is actually my first, but this suitcase absolutely did not live up to the Samsonite quality I once knew.

I needed two suitcases for a recent trip but just one on the return. I was able to fit my smaller luggage inside this one with room to spare. The zip closure allows me to slip in last minute items - sunglasses, jacket. No need to put it on its side and mess with latches and buckles in a crowded airport. There is a second expansion zipper. Hey, its a Samsonite - really great purchase!

There is no direction book for the mid size Omni2 that was offered on Prime Day. The suitcase is locked and the code set at 0 0 0. It will not open and if it did I wouldn’t know how to set a new code. Can somebody please help?
