I dont think there is a luggage that is 100% scratch resistant but this is pretty good. THEY ROLL SO EASILY even at the 50lbs weight limit for the airlines they are easy to control. The color is also nice. We are very happy with this purchase!

The quality of the suitcase seems good / as expected for Samsonite. However, the size of the medium-checked Omni 2 luggage that I received was larger than specified. The overall exterior measurements on the unit I received were 27.75 tall, 18.5 wide and 11.75 depth. This was larger than advertised in every dimension: anywhere from 0.75 to 1.25. This resulted in a suitcase larger than I wanted for ease of handling.

My other target brand carry for comparison (which is carry on compliant on domestic flights).

Too small all else wss good!

I bought this for my daughter as she went on a school retreat for two days to Campus by the Sea. Had just enough space for 3 outfits, 7 pairs of underwear, 5 pairs of socks, a twin comforter, twin sheet, a pillow, a bath towel, a pair of pajamas and toiletries. Mind you we always pick some extra undies and extra outfit and socks. Just enough space. Rolls on wheels perfectly. Swivels. This was great for her as other kids carried duffle bags which I’m sure was uncomfortable.

So upset. Bought this set for my parents for Christmas and they just opened it. Big rip on the zipper. So upsetting. I’ll be returning it. Giant pain in the ass.

The functions in this carry on are great, but I expected the size to be as mentioned in the details & specs. The size stated is 22.5” x 15.5”x 9.5” (Omni Carry-on) and I believe it is before the extension. The overall size of the carry on I got is 22 x 14 x 9 and weighted a lb lighter than 7.5lbs (which is not the issue).

Bought this luggage in Oct 22, after 3 trips the large suitcase extender zipper broke off and you can not zip up the extention part of the suitcase. The mid size suitcase busted open when the luggage handler dropped it, zipper busted on this one also. If you travel a lot, do not purchase this aet.
