Ive been using this for a number of days now and so far the verdict is a good one. Like the description says, its super sturdy and it holds my 17 laptop well. Its adjustable for angles and height, and the air vents are a nice touch. If I had one concern its that there doesnt appear to be a way to tighten the hinges, so IF they ever become loose, Im not sure if they would start slipping. However, so far so good and its holding up.

Update: 06/11/2020 After returning this product the seller contacted me and offered to send me another one without charge to try. I really didnt want to try again but I finally agreed. It arrived today and I now have my 17.3 laptop standing proud on this stand. It is much tighter than the 1st one and is working great. The sellers have been very proactive about making sure I was happy. I have changed my review to 5 stars as a result. I bought this for my 17.3 inch laptop. It claimed it would support up to that size laptop. It did not support it at all. As soon as I put the laptop on this it collapsed right down. There was not way to tighten it up to make it stay up with the laptop on it. We tried to turn it around and it worked better but it was not meant to work that way so we returned it. It seemed heavy and it may have held a smaller laptop but it was a waste of money for me.

I highly recommend this stand. I needed to get the laptop screen at a comfortable height for my home workstation while maximizing usable desk space. My laptop is very stable and secure even with the stand in an almost vertical position. The “not flat” issue that one person reported can easily be fixed by adjusting the two support legs independently. No tools required.

The sturdy design allows you to use it on a table or on your lap. I like that I can be using it on my lap, get up and put it on a table. I can use it on the table without readjusting anything. If I choose to go back to sitting on the couch, all I have to do is pick it up, sit down, and resume using my computer.

Was very surprised when I opened the package to see how strong the design was. It stays in place and is very sturdy. Im using it was a holder for my iPad to essentially act like a second screen while working. Fantastic so far!

Good quality, multiple height and angle settings. I would give it 5 stars if it was 2-3 inches wider.

I love the fact that this is adjustable both with height and tilt forward & backward - super wonderful!

This is a solid and well-made stand. The joints are tight, so you can make adjustments and the position will stay. Its also very solid that I can type on the laptop while its on this stand without any wobble. The only weakness is the anchor point on the base is too far from the edge and too far into the base. This eats away some usable space on the bottom plate.

This laptop stand is incredibly sturdy and very well constructed! It can handle my 14 Chromebook with absolutely no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend this product - you wont be sorry!!! Omoton is a great company to do business with. Go for it!
