Boring and dependent. Nothing to report on usage. Just a simple multi vitamin. Was diagnosed with depression and anxiety so using this to up my vitamin D intake.

I got this because it specifically lists Vitamin K on the bottle they show and describes it in their description, yet there is no Vitamin K listed on the bottle that I received. I was told its best to take Vitamin D with K, so just dont understand why they list it but its not true. I will keep it and make do, but will go elsewhere next time as I dont trust this with them being deceptive.
