> 24 hourIve been using the One A Day Mens Multivitamin for a few weeks now and I have to say that Im really impressed. Ive noticed that I have more energy throughout the day, which I definitely appreciate. I also appreciate the convenience of just having to take one pill every day - no fussing around with multiple pills. And I feel like the formulation they chose is really well balanced. The only downside Ive noticed is that if I take it on an empty stomach, it can result in an upset stomach. So Ive had to be careful to take it with food. The other downside I noticed was the texture of the vitamin. It has a really grainy texture, which I didnt particularly like. Overall Im really happy with the One A Day Mens Multivitamin and would recommend it to other men. Its a great way to get the vitamins and minerals you need in one convenient pill. Just make sure you take it with some food and you should be good to go.

> 24 hourDo multivitamins actually have what they say? If they do, are they the right amount for basic bodily needs? Do I really need to choke down a dry pill every day? What does the Bible say about multivitamins? I dont know the answer to any of those questions, but I definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep quality, cognitive function, and the rate at which I could blink after a couple of weeks of taking these. I also started a diet and working out at least 30 minutes a day, so Im not sure which one affected the speed of my butterfly kisses. My doctor says Ive lost weight and have an improved mood; consult a physician before making these wild claims. He says my eyelids are too muscular but I should pursue a career in sleight-of-hand tricks using only my eyes. He also recommends to continue whatever Im doing to begin puberty in my 30s. Needless to say, these Mens daily multivitamins have helped make a man out of me and Ill keep gagging them down until I grow full wings on my face, and you should too!

> 24 hourI feel better after 3 weeks of taking this vitamins. This is not my first time taking supplements with empty stomach, but with this particular product please eat something before. Since I started taking this product in the morning I was not able to do intermitting fasting anymore. I felt like I was starving/nauseous almost to the point of fainting,I threw up and everything at some point. I took 5 days without any supplements and no issues at all. I’m giving the product 5 starts because the vitamins do work but please Do eat something or take the vitamins in the afternoon.

> 24 hourI know that at least the zinc dosage on these vitamins is pretty high cause if I take it on a relatively empty stomach it makes me nauseous, which is one of the effects that zinc could have. I usually take it mid day after lunch with no bad effects whatsoever.

> 24 hourI mean not really much to say. Take it by itself though. Can be a bit tricky to swallow. I take mine first in the AM and my other pills all at once. Trust me. But its a good value.
